Cleaning / Pipe Descaling
Typical Applications
Floor drains, vent stacks, ducts, feed and discharge lines from grease traps and oil/water separators, fly ash lines, water mains, force mains, storm drains, foundation relief drains, etc.
Substances Removed
Materials such as grease, roots, pipe scale, tile grout, concrete, barnacles, orangeburg and fiber duct liners, asphalt, limescale, etc.
Equipment Used
HARBEN high pressure water jetting equipment with variable pressures and flows to 10,000 psi / 32 gpm as necessary using fixed jet or rotation nozzles on centralizers as appropriate to recover 100 percent of the original pipe diameter.

The company focuses on larger diameter tube bundles with individual tubes of 1" and larger. Video inspection of cleaned tubes is available to validate condition, if required.

Coated, painted or scaled surfaces cleaned to SA2 finish or as required.
